Baccarat in one minute
Baccarat is a card game with two hands: Player and Banker. You bet on which hand will finish closer to 9, or on a Tie.
- Cards 2–9 count at face value, aces are 1, and tens and face cards are 0.
- Only the last digit counts: 8 + 7 = 15, which is 5.
- Fixed rules decide whether a third card is drawn. You make no decisions.
| Bet | Pays | House edge |
|---|---|---|
| Banker | 1 to 1, minus 5% commission | about 1.06% |
| Player | 1 to 1 | about 1.24% |
| Tie | usually 8 to 1 | about 14.4% |
